Welcome to rafaelnovais.dev. A personal hub for professional work, projects, and sidequests.

How I Built This 🚀

This website was set up using:

  • GitHub Pages for hosting
  • Jekyll with the no-style-please theme
  • Namecheap & Cloudflare for a custom DNS domain
  • Zoho Mail for email hosting ([email protected])
  • Cursor IDE for coding, content, and UI

Update #1 (2025-07-14)

  • Aligned the project section for better visibility and organization.
  • Exploring blog content for ideas, resources, and studio updates.

Update #2 (2026-07-23)

Moved past the placeholder setup. The site is organized into a few clear zones:

  • Professional — mainquests (Curriculum Vitae + contact), and software projects
  • Sidequests — MTB, Surf, SimRacing, Auto (listed for now; pages later)
  • Personal — blog and socials (LinkedIn, GitHub)

Also cleaned up old unused bits, fixed the content model (projects, posts, data files), and committed to keeping this updated over time.
